WWE Elimination Chamber 2023 | We Are Officially On The Rhodes To WrestleMania. Believe That!

The Elimination Chamber took place on Saturday Night from Montreal, Quebec Canada, it was a very entertaining night, take a look at the results and match thoughts below.

Natalya & Liv Morgan started the match.

Order of Elimination.
Nikki Cross was eliminated by Raquel Rodriguez.
Liv Morgan was eliminated by Natalya and Asuka via a double submission.

The Winner of this match was Asuka, lastly eliminating Carmella.

Asuka will face the current RAW Women's Champion. Bianca Belair at WrestleMania, is the EST ready for the number one contender? we will all find out in April. Salutes to everyone involved in this match, great performances by all. One hundred percent.

Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar
If you have been watching Brock Lesnar's matches over a period of time, you will know they are usually quick contests, this followed the same path and led to a DQ win for Bobby Lashley after Brock hit him with a low blow whilst attempting to escape the Hurt Lock.

Brock hit the referee, Chad Patton, with an F5, likewise to Bobby, followed by F5's on and through the announce table. This was chaos and carnage, we did not see Bray Wyatt here, who issued a challenge to Bobby and Brock on the SmackDown go home show, let's see what happens next with that story.

Mixed Tag Team Match
Edge & Beth Phoenix vs. Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley
This was a battle of the Alter Bridge theme songs, the crowd taunted Dominik, who distracted Beth and ran to the back, he walked back out and was met with boo's, we saw many move sequences in and and outside the ring, Edge & Beth hit the Shatter Machine on Finn Balor for the win, this was a great match and a measure of revenge for the "Grit Couple"

United States Championship Elimination Chamber Match
Austin Theory (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Johnny Gargano vs. Bronson Reed vs. Damian Priest vs. Montez Ford
Johnny Gargano and Seth Rollins started off this match in the ring.

Order of Elimination.
Bronson Reed was eliminated by Montez Ford
Johnny Gargano was eliminated by Damian Priest
Damian Priest was eliminated by Montez Ford
Montez Ford was eliminated by Austin Theory

Austin Theory lastly eliminated by Seth Rollins to remain the United States Champion with help from Logan Paul.

In this match we saw the elevation of everyone's character and future storylines, they raised their levels here, very much looking forward to seeing what is in store in the next couple of months in terms of the setup for WrestleMania matches.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Match
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Sami Zayn
Roman was booed and Sami cheered while they made their respective ring walks, shoutout to Samantha Irvin for her great ring announcing here and throughout the show as usual, this was an even contest with many near falls, as expected, Jimmy Uso made an appearance while the referee was knocked down to the floor, another one suffered the same fate minutes later, Roman and and Sami exchanged Superman Punches.

Paul Heyman gave Roman a steel chair, Jey appeared in the ring, Roman handed Jey the chair, there was a moment were Jey was about to pull the trigger and hit Roman, he pushed Jey, Sami speared Jey inadvertently, Sami was hit with multiple chair shots, Roman speared Sami for the win and to remain Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Jimmy beatdown Sami after the match, Kevin Owens' music hit, he went on to stun Roman and Jimmy Uso, he put Jimmy through the table with a Pop-up Powerbomb, he then stunned Paul Heyman, Sami hit Roman with a Helluva Kick, the crowd sang along to his theme as Sami looked on in disappointment, this was a hell of a match and one hell of a night.

Elimination Chamber 2023 | Predictions

Welcome back to the blog, Elimination Chamber will be LIVE from Montreal Quebec, Canada. A location that is famous in professional wrestling history. Let's take a look at the current match card and predict the winners.

Disclaimer: These predictions were written prior to SmackDown, if more matches are announced, they will be talked about in the review-ish.

Mixed Tag Team Match
Edge & Beth Phoenix vs. Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley
This match has been on the cards for quite a while, Edge and Beth will want to get revenge on Judgement Day members Finn and Rhea from recent events. Damian Priest may not be ringside for this one as he will be competing for the United States Championship, whereas Dominik Mysterio could attempt a distraction to help his team win. Predicted Winners? Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley.

Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar
Likewise to the match above, the storyline continues, Bobby was close to winning the US Title on RAW is Thirty until Brock returned to cost him the match, this is a difficult one to call, both competitors are capable of winning, we could see the reunion of the Hurt Business here with the inclusion of Omos. Predicted Winner? Bobby Lashley.

We will now go through a process of elimination, excuse the pun, and talk about each participant in order to decide the winner of the two respective Chamber matches.

United States Championship Elimination Chamber Match
Austin Theory (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Johnny Gargano vs. Bronson Reed vs. Damian Priest vs. Montez Ford
Seth was eliminated by Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble, they look set to face each other at WrestleMania so that rules him out here. the thought is Gargano eliminates Priest or vice versa, leading towards a one on one match on the next episode of RAW, standard logical booking for you.

I've been watching Bronson Reed since his NXT days, it is great to see him in the company once again, hoping to see him put on a monster performance so people take note of how good he is. There has been a lot of talk from fans about Montez being a singles competitor, Tez and Theory may be the final two left in the Chamber. Predicted Winner? and STILL United States Champion. Austin Theory.

Elimination Chamber Match for a RAW Women's Championship Opportunity at WrestleMania
Asuka vs. Liv Morgan vs. Nikki Cross vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Natalya vs. Carmella
In terms of who starts off the match? the choices are Raquel and Carmella, both will make it far and get taken out by the eventual winner, Nikki is going to cause chaos, Natalya is in her home country, expect the fans to cheer her on, with her eliminating one or two participants along the way, Liv made it to the final two of the Women's Rumble, that may be the situation here also. Predicted Winner? Asuka.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Match
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Sami Zayn
The Royal Rumble was mentioned a lot during these predictions and rightfully so, The Bloodline & Sami Zayn story reached new levels, it feels like the fire has since cooled after we saw Cody speaking to Paul Heyman on Monday Night RAW, while it was a great segment, it would've made more sense to wait till after this Saturday's event.

Sami will bring the fight to Roman, ultimately falling to The Tribal Chief, after Solo Sikoa, Jimmy and Jey Uso play an important role in that, with Jey turning against Sami, Kevin Owens will attempt to help Sami during the match, his efforts will not be enough, drama in wrestling is what we all love to see. Predicted Winner? and STILL Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Roman Reigns.

***Announcement***
After much thought and consideration, there will not be any WrestleMania content this year, it is important to have a break and enjoy watching both nights of The Grandest Stage of Them All. There will be content in the run up to April and after, stay tuned for that.

The Elimination Chamber review-ish will be available on Sunday.
