WWE SmackDown From Madison Square Garden | Review-ish

Friday Night SmackDown was LIVE! from the iconic Madison Square Garden.

Roman Reigns kicked off the show, walking out to the ring with The Usos and Paul Heyman. Reigns was interrupted mid promo by Brock Lesnar, Heyman asked Brock why was he targeting the Universal Championship? In response to that, Brock asked why didn't Heyman tell Roman he knew Brock was going to show up at SummerSlam?

Roman and The Usos left the ring in disgust. Heyman cut his old promo with Brock in the ring. Brock went on to challenge Roman for the title via Heyman, who was close to receiving an F5, until he was saved by the Usos and Roman. Brock stood tall when all was said and done here.

Backstage. Heyman said to Kayla Braxton that Roman will answer the challenge when he is ready.

Big E, Rick Boogs, Shinsuke Nakamura, Rey & Dominik Mysterio defeated Sami Zayn, Apollo Crews, Robert Roode, Dolph Ziggler and Otis in a Ten-Man Tag Team Match.

After the match. Mr. Money In The Bank. Big E sent a message to The Universal Champion. Roman Reigns and WWE Champion. Bobby Lashley for a possible cash in at any time.

Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch met in the ring for the contract signing to make their match for the SmackDown Women's Championship official in two weeks at Extreme Rules, Becky's attitude change since her return has been interesting, something which should've started in 2018.

Seth Rollins defeated Edge in a rematch from SummerSlam, this contest was billed as "One Last Dance" after the match. Edge was put on a stretcher and into a waiting ambulance backstage. Rollins appeared to show sympathy for what happened.

It's worth noting that during commercial break between the Rollins vs. Edge match, Bobby Lashley was advertised to defend the WWE Championship against Randy Orton on RAW, look out for Big E as he may cash in.

Prior to the main event, Roman talked to The Usos backstage and then asked Heyman about Brock appearing at SummerSlam, no response was given.

The Street Profits defeated The Usos by disqualification, after Roman interrupted and put the Guillotine on Montez Ford. Roman accepted Brock's challenge from earlier on, he was interrupted and confronted by his opponent at Extreme Rules "The Demon" Finn Balor, as SmackDown went off the air.

This episode was very entertaining and
centred around the dissension in The Bloodline, looking forward to seeing how this story develops next week and more, on Friday Night SmackDown.
