RAW NXT & SmackDown | Recap #4

Hi and welcome back again to the blog for a recap of the latest events on RAW NXT & SmackDown!

RAW was LIVE from the PC & started off with the WWE Champion. Drew McIntyre. He talked about being stomped by Seth Rollins last week. Drew challenged Seth to a match at Money in the Bank. He was attacked by Andrade while Zelina Vega was talking but that plan backfired as the Champion gave Andrade two Claymore kicks. It's McIntyre vs. Garza later on.

Aleister Black defeated Austin Theory to qualify for the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Shayna Baszler defeated Indi Hartwell.

Ricochet & Cedric Alexander defeated Shane Thorne and Brendan Vink.

Nia Jax defeated Kairi Sane.

Seth Rollins accepted Drew McIntyre's challenge to a match for the WWE Championship at Money in the Bank.

Apollo Crews defeated MVP to qualify for the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Liv Morgan defeated Ruby Riott.

Rey Mysterio defeated Murphy to qualify for the Men's Money in Bank ladder match.

Charlotte Flair defeated Kayden Carter.

Andrade defeated Akira Tozawa.

The Street Profits introduced Bianca Belair and joined the commentary team for her match where she defeated Santana Garrett.

Drew McIntyre defeated Angel Garza in the main event.

NXT was also LIVE from the PC with Velveteen Dream in the ring, he was then interrupted by NXT Champion Adam Cole which led to Dream being attacked by Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish until Keith Lee made the save.

Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai defeated Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox.

Velveteen Dream & Keith Lee vs. Adam Cole & Roderick Strong was announced as the main event for later on. It was supposed to be Dream vs. Balor but that was changed.

Jake Atlas defeated Drake Maverick in a Group A match for the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.
The other match in Group A saw Kushida defeat Tony Nese.

Mia Yim defeated Jessi Kamea. She will face Charlotte next week.

El Hijo Del Fantasma defeated Jack Gallagher in a Group B match in the  Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. All of this Group A, Group B stuff reminds me of Champions League & Europa League. There's a random thought for you.

It was announced that Keith Lee will defend his North American Championship against Damian Priest next week.

Priest attacked Lee with a weapon at the start of the tag team match. After the commercial break, this match turned into a 2 on 1 handicap match. Dream vs. Cole & Strong. Dexter Lumis randomly appeared on the ring apron and went on to help Dream. Dream pinned NXT Champion Cole. This win will help Dreams case for a future NXT Championship Match. And that's undisputed....BOOM!

Smackdown was LIVE from the PC. It was time to celebrate Triple H's 25th Anniversary.

The New Day started the show, they were interrupted by the Lucha Houseparty. They were interrupted by Miz & Morrison and the Forgotten Sons. So many interruptions already. This led to a fight and The Forgotten Sons took out the New Day with Miz and Morrison watching in the background.

If you think Forgotten Sons are going to do anything of importance on the main roster, SAnity would like a word with you. No offence to to these teams by the way. I'm just writing what I'm thinking. I could be proved wrong though.

Baron Corbin defeated Drew Gulak to qualify for the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder match.

Sheamus defeated Daniel Vidot.

The Lucha Houseparty defeated Miz and Morrison in a shock win. I think we are seeing the beginning of the end of Miz and Morrison as a tag team.

Lacey Evans defeated Sasha Banks to qualify for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match.

There was a recap of the history between Braun Strowman & Bray Wyatt.

Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross successfully defended their tag titles against Carmella & Dana Brooke.

Triple H celebrated his 25th Anniversary and was joined Shawn Michaels and they showed a montage of DX's Greatest Moments, with bloopers included along with his 13 losses at WrestleMania. I didn't realise he had lost that many.

The Game thanked his opponents over the years & received  telephone tributes from Stephanie, Ric Flair & Road Dogg. Vince also paid tribute to Triple H's career. The lights literally went out along with the sound of crickets.

Another week of recapping RAW NXT & SmackDown is complete. Hope you enjoyed the read. Until next time, be well, stay safe and stay at home. Thanks for reading.

RAW NXT & SmackDown Recap #3

Hi and welcome back to the blog. It's time to talk about the latest events on RAW NXT & SmackDown.

Monday Night RAW was back again at the PC. WWE Champion Drew McIntyre kicked things off by saying thank you to the fans at home, he was interrupted by US Champion Andrade and Zelina Vega. They spoke about the match from the NXT days. They will face each other later in a "Champion vs. Champion" match.

In the first Women's Money in the Bank qualifying match. Asuka defeated Ruby Riott.

Aleister Black was in action, he defeated Oney Lorcan. Black will face Austin Theory next week in the Men's Money in the Bank qualifying match.

RAW Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch talked about her previous opponent, Shayna Baszler and then challenged the winner of the Women's the Money Bank Ladder Match.

In the second Women's Money in the Bank qualifying match. Sarah Logan defeated Shayna Baszler, Baszler stepped on Logan's arm and this match was stopped. This looked like a botch by the ring announcer at the time. This was the case as Shayna Baszler was declared the winner.

Austin Theory defeated Akira Tozawa & Angel Garza defeated Tehuti Miles.

In the third and final Women's Money in the Bank qualifying match. Nia Jax defeated Kairi Sane.

The NXT Women's Champion Charlotte Flair talked about recent wins ahead of her title defence against number one contender Io Shirai.

Bobby Lashley defeated No Way Jose.

The Viking Raiders defeated Cedric Alexander & Ricochet.

In the main event "Champion vs. Champion" match, Drew McIntyre defeated Andrade. After the match, Seth Rollins superkicked and stomped the WWE Champion. Drew vs. Seth will be a great feud. Looking forward to seeing how this one goes. I'm sure these two will burn it down. Pun intended.

NXT started off with Finn Balor vs. Fabian Aichner from Imperium. The winner of this match was Finn Balor.

The NXT Women's Champion. Charlotte Flair addressed the rest of the division with "The Queens Speech"

Xia Li defeated Aliyah.

The Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament began with a match from Group B. Isiah "Swerve" Scott vs. Akira Tozawa. The winner of the match was Akira Tozawa.

By the way, the rules of the tournament are as follows:
  • Superstars compete against 3 other members in their group.
  • The winner of Group A faces the winner of Group B to determine the interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion.
  • Tiebreaker is determined by head to head record.
Tegan Nox defeated Raquel Gonzalez. Towards the end of this match, Shotzi Blackheart attacked Dakota Kai leading to Nox's win.

The North American Champion Keith Lee reflected on his journey in professional wrestling to the present day in NXT.

Dexter Lumis defeated Tehuti Miles.

Velveteen Dream vs. Finn Balor appeared to be set for Wednesday.

The NXT Tag Team titles were on the line as Matt Riddle & a mystery partner, (which was revealed to be Timothy Thatcher) defeated Roderick Strong & Bobby Fish of the Undisputed Era. Pete Dunne was unable to participate in this match due to the current situation.

In the main event segment, Tommaso Ciampa was attacked by Killer Kross.

SmackDown began with a "Moment of Bliss" the guest was the Universal Champion. Braun Strowman. Strowman opened a box  that contained a black sheep mask from his days as "the black sheep" of the Wyatt Family.

Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt is official for Money in the Bank. Note that "The Fiend" is not competing for the Universal Championship.

Tamina defeated Sasha Banks to earn a SmackDown Women's Championship opportunity.

Sheamus defeated Denzel Dejournette.

Dana Brooke defeated Naomi to qualify for the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Sonya Deville attempted to clear the air with Mandy Rose. It looks like we might see a tag team match, Sonya Deville & Dolph Ziggler vs. Mandy Rose & Otis at Money in the Bank in a few weeks time.

Daniel Bryan defeated Cesaro to qualify for the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Baron Corbin attacked Elias backstage.

The main event of this weeks SmackDown was a triple threat match for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. The Miz (c) vs. Big E vs. Jey Uso. The winner of the match was Big E which means we've got NEW! Tag Team Champions. Congratulations to The New Day. That's title number 8 for them.

That is it for the recap this week. I'll be back next week for another edition. Until then, Be well, stay safe & stay at home. Thanks for reading.

RAW NXT & SmackDown Recap #2

Hi and welcome back to the blog. It's now time to recap this past weeks RAW NXT & SmackDown shows. Starting with RAW of course.

In the opening match of the show, Asuka defeated Liv Morgan. They recapped the RAW Women's Championship Match from WrestleMania between Becky Lynch & Shayna Baszler along with Lynch's post match interview and comments from Baszler. This feud isn't over yet.

Up next was a WrestleMania rematch. Street Profits defending their RAW Tag Team Championships against Angel Garza & Austin Theory. The Street Profits remained the tag champions by DQ after Zelina Vega got involved, it was deja vu from Sunday night, because when Vega Garza and Theory were about to beat up Dawkins & Ford, Bianca Belair got involved to even things up and challenged Zelina Vega to a match.

The match was official between Bianca Belair & Zelina Vega and this ended up with no winner, and then a six person tag match was made. The Street Profits & Bianca Belair vs. Austin Theory, Angel Garza & Zelina Vega. The winners of the match were The Street Profits & Bianca Belair.

Here's a prediction for you. Look out for a heel turn by The Street Profits in the near future. We know Bianca is already heel anyway. When that turn happens then nobody will want the smoke.

Aleister Black defeated Apollo Crews. Apollo returned to RAW after his draft pick on SmackDown expired. I didn't know draft picks could expire.

They recapped the Last Man Standing match between Edge and Randy Orton. I think the match is still going on as I'm writing this.

Cedric Alexander & Ricochet defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch.

Seth Rollins defeated Denzel Dejournette.

"The irresistible force" Nia Jax returned to in ring competition after a year out with injury, she defeated Deonna Purrazzo. Its good to see Nia on WWE TV again as she will be a threat to Becky Lynch's Championship.

They recapped the much talked about the AJ Styles vs. Undertaker Boneyard match from Saturday night. You already know my thoughts on that.

Humberto Carrillo defeated Brendan Vink.

After recaps of the NXT Women's and WWE Championship matches respectively, they showed footage of what happened to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania . Which was, while he was being interviewed in the ring, he was interrupted by The Big Show who bought out a referee, they talked some smack to each other and this turned out to be a match for the WWE Championship. Drew successfully defended his championship against Big Show, who technically headlined WrestleMania this year. This is how this weeks episode of Monday Night RAW ended.

Moving on to NXT.

The show began with a six women ladder match to become number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship currently held by Charlotte Flair.
Io Shirai vs. Tegan Nox vs. Chelsea Green vs. Mia Yim vs. Dakota Kai vs. Candice LaRae.
The winner of the match was Io Shirai.

They showed footage from NXT TV from months ago where Imperium took out Finn Balor as well as Balors match against Alexander Wolfe that took place on NXT UK. It looks like Balor vs. Walter for the NXT UK Championship will be happening soon.

The tag team that took out Matt Riddle, Indus Sher made their NXT debut, defeating Ever Rise.

They showed a promo from Adam Cole talking about Velveteen Dream as well as a video package from the Rhea vs. Charlotte match from WrestleMania.

The main event next was the match billed as "Black Heart vs. Rebel Heart - One Final Beat" Tomasso Ciampa vs. Johnny Gargano. The winner of the match was Johnny Gargano.

We got another "cinematic" match without the commentary, this was a nice way to end the feud. I hope we don't see anymore "cinematic" matches, because they already feel played out at this moment in time as we've seen three of them in one week. It looks like they're building to a Killer Kross & Scarlett Bordeaux vs. Johnny Gargano & Candice LaRae feud. What next for Ciampa? I guess we'll find out soon.

SmackDown began with a recap from WrestleMania (yes, another recap, there's been so many I've lost count) this time from the Goldberg vs. Strowman match. The new Universal champion Braun Strowman talked about the match until he was interrupted by Shinsuke Nakamura, they will face each other later in the show.

The first match was a WrestleMania Rematch where Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss successfully defended their Tag Titles against Asuka & Kairi Sane.

Elias sang a song about his win against Baron Corbin from last weekend. Recap-a-Mania continued. This time with the Otis & Mandy Rose story.

Dolph Ziggler defeated Tucker.

In the "Dirt Sheet" segment. The Miz & John Morrison talked about events at WrestleMania. They were interrupted by The Usos & New Day. It was revealed that it will be Jey Uso vs. The  Miz vs. Big E in a triple threat match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. Looking forward to that next week. No predictions from me because it's not a PPV match.

The Forgotten Sons made their main roster debut from NXT defeating Lucha Houseparty.

Dana Brooke & Carmella challenged Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross for the Tag Titles. The champions accepted. Whatever happened to people actually earning title opportunities? I guess that doesn't exist these days.

Sasha Banks & Bayley talked about the five way elimination match at WrestleMania, they were interrupted by Tamina who challenged Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship. Bayley said Tamina would have to defeat Sasha first. Sasha didn't look happy about that. Tamina vs. Sasha Banks appears to be set for next week on SmackDown.

Sheamus defeated Cal Bloom.

In the main event. Braun Strowman defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and then we saw a new episode of The Firefly Funhouse. It looks we will be seeing Strowman vs. Wyatt for the Universal Championship at Money in the Bank.

That is it for the recap of RAW NXT & SmackDown. It's been a fun week. Until next time, Be well, stay safe & stay at home. Thanks for reading.

WrestleMania 36 | Review-ish

Hi and welcome back to the blog. WrestleMania 36 took place over the weekend and here are all of the match results, including my thoughts for both nights.

WrestleMania Night One Results

Kick off show match
Cesaro defeated Drew Gulak

Main Card
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match
Asuka & Kairi Sane (c) vs. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.
I had a sense that we would see new Women's Tag Team Champions and that proved to be the case. Winners: AND NEW Women's Tag Team Champions. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.

Elias vs. Baron Corbin
I didn't watch this match so I won't comment. Let's move on.
Winner: Elias.

RAW Women's Championship Match
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Shayna Baszler
I was expecting Shayna to become champion here but that didn't happen, perhaps they're saving a return for Ronda Rousey to take the title from Becky.
Winner: And STILL RAW Women's Champion. Becky Lynch.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Sami Zayn (c) vs. Daniel Bryan
The finish of this match felt rushed,  It'll be interesting to see where the Bryan Zayn feud goes next. Winner: And STILL Intercontinental Champion. Sami Zayn.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Ladder Match
John Morrison (c) vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jimmy Uso.
According to reports, Miz missed the event due to illness which is why the stipulation was changed, this was the match of the night for me.
Winner: And STILL SmackDown Tag Team Champions. John Morrison and The Miz.

Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins
This was a match that you would see on RAW without a commercial break. Good to see Owens pick the win though. Winner: Kevin Owens.

Mojo Rawley defeated R-Truth to become the new 24/7 Champion.

Universal Championship Match
Goldberg (c) vs. Braun Strowman
This match went as long I expected it to. However, I didn't expect a new champion to be crowned here. Roman Reigns, if he was able to compete, would've won the title for sure. So you're telling me they booked Goldberg to win the title vs. "The Fiend" just to lose to Braun Strowman? No offence to Strowman by the way. Ah well, it is what it is. Winner: AND NEW Universal Champion. Braun Strowman.

Boneyard Match
The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles
This match had "final deletion" vibes to it with an appearance from Badass Undertaker, it was so good to watch, like a mini movie. We knew that Gallows and Anderson would get involved, It was a nice way to end night one of WrestleMania though. Winner: The Undertaker. If this was 'Takers last match ever, then what a great way to bow out.

On to Night Two we go!

WrestleMania Night Two Results

Kick off show match
Liv Morgan defeated Natalya

Main Card
NXT Women's Championship Match
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Charlotte Flair
This was a nice back and forth competitive match to start the night. I was, and I'm sure you were, surprised that Charlotte won the title here. The six women ladder match to become number one contender will air on Wednesday on NXT. Let's see who will win that.
Winner: AND NEW NXT Women's Champion. Charlotte Flair.

Aleister Black vs. Bobby Lashley
A good win here for Aleister Black. He needs to be in the hunt for the WWE title soon, as he is really good in the ring. I've always thought that Bobby Lashley is underrated and would work well as a face character. Winner: Aleister Black.

Otis vs. Dolph Ziggler
Like the match above, this was an easy match to predict, Otis not only got the win but he also his "WrestleMania Moment" with Mandy. I don't think this story is over yet. Winner: Otis.

Last Man Standing Match
Edge vs. Randy Orton
This match went on for a long time, they battled all over the arena and backstage. This one finally ended at the top of a truck with The Rated R Superstar picking up the win after a conchairto to the Viper. Winner: Edge.

Rob Gronkowski defeated Mojo Rawley to win the 24/7 Championship.

RAW Tag Team Championship Match
Street Profits (c) vs. Austin Theory & Angel Garza
No shocks here as Dawkins & Ford remain RAW Tag Team Champions.
After the match, Theory & Garza were beating up the Street Profits until Bianca Belair made the save and her first ever WrestleMania appearance on the main roster. I guess we can now call her the EST of WWE. Winners: And STILL RAW Tag Team Champions. The Street Profits.

Fatal Five Way Match for the SmackDown Women's Championship
Bayley (c) vs. Lacey Evans vs. Naomi vs. Sasha Banks vs. Tamina
Before this match, I thought Bayley & Sasha would be the last two competitors remaining but that wasn't the case, after Sasha was eliminated by Lacey Evans after dissension between Sasha and Bayley. Winner: And Still SmackDown Women's Champion. Bayley (lastly eliminating Lacey Evans with help from Sasha)

Firely Fun House Match
John Cena vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt
I have no idea what I saw, I'm sure you'll agree that it was so weird and surreal and like that Vince puppet said: It was "such good shit" Winner: "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt.

WWE Championship Match
Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
This reminded me of Goldberg vs. Braun Strowman from night one as it was a very quick match, and as expected it resulted in Drew McIntyre finally and deservedly winning the WWE Championship. Winner: AND NEW WWE Champion. Congratulations to Drew McIntyre.

WrestleMania 36 is in the books, I enjoyed the first night of 'Mania more than night two because of the Boneyard Match. It was great to see Otis and Drew have their "WrestleMania Moments" but it's a shame there wasn't any crowd due to the current situation. I hope you enjoyed reading this review-ish. There will be a RAW NXT and SmackDown (if there is a SmackDown) recap released on Saturday. Until then, be well, stay safe & thanks for reading.

WrestleMania 36 | Predictions

Hi and welcome back to the blog, WrestleMania is here. Here are my predictions for the matches on the card. Here we go!

Match Card
Otis vs. Dolph Ziggler
This has been one of the best storylines in the build up to WrestleMania.
Predicted Winner: Otis.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match
Asuka & Kairi Sane (c) vs. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross
This was a difficult match to predict, here is my final pick for this match.
Predicted Winners: Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Sami Zayn (c) vs. Daniel Bryan
I'm sensing there will be a new Intercontiental Champion crowned here.
Then they can have Drew Gulak turn heel and feud with Bryan for the title later down the line.
Predicted Winner: Daniel Bryan.

Last Man Standing Match
Edge vs. Randy Orton
Edge will want to get revenge on Orton for his wife Beth Pheonix, who Orton RKO'd on Raw weeks ago. This will be a fun match still. Predicted Winner: Edge.

Elias vs. Baron Corbin
Corbin retired Kurt Angle last year, It wouldn't make any sense for him to lose here. No disrespect to Elias, he's entertaining when he's playing the guitar but he's losing here, unless the host, Rob Gronkowksi gets involves and helps Elias. Nevertheless, here is my pick.
Predicted Winner: Baron Corbin.

Aleister Black vs. Bobby Lashley
This will be a quick match before they fade to black..to a commerical or something.
Predicted Winner: Aleister Black.

RAW Tag Team Championship Match
Street Profits (c) vs. Austin Theory & Angel Garza
Andrade & Angel Garza were set to face Street Profits for the RAW Tag Titles, that's been changed since Andrade picked up an injury. I'm picking Street Profits to remain Tag Champions. Predicted Winners: Street Profits

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match
Miz & Morrison (c) vs. New Day vs. Usos
I was unsure of who to pick, these are three excellent tag teams. I think the current champions will remain. Predicted Winners: Miz & Morrison. (this match is subject to change if you believe the rumors)

Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins
Looking forward to this match, the promos have been nice to watch over the last few weeks in the build up. Predicted Winner: Kevin Owens.

Boneyard Match
The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles
AJ will obviously be joined by Gallows & Anderson. It'll be interesting to see who will join Undertaker in this match. The names I can think of are: Kane, Gangrel and a surprising name for you. Sting! Predicted Winner: The Undertaker.

Fatal Five Way Match for the SmackDown Women's Championship
Bayley (c) vs. Lacey Evans vs. Naomi vs. Sasha Banks vs. Tamina
It's the boss's time to win the SmackDown Women's Championship.
Predicted Winner: Sasha Banks.

Firely Fun House Match
John Cena vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt
Not sure what to expect in this match, It would be cool if they made this into a film or something. Bray has to win here to get some sort of revenge from WrestleMania six years ago.
Predicted Winner: "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt.

RAW Women's Championship Match
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Shayna Baszler
It's time for a new RAW Women's Champion to be crowned. Becky will be good to watch as a title chaser. Predicted Winner: Shayna Baszler.

Universal Championship Match
Goldberg (c) vs. Braun Strowman
As we all know, this was meant to be Goldberg defending his Universal Championship against Roman Reigns until Roman ruled himself out of the event due to health concerns. I think this will be a quick match. Predicted Winner: Goldberg.

NXT Women's Championship Match
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Charlotte Flair
Charlotte doesn't really need to this match considering she's won titles in the past and will continue to in the future. A win for Rhea is more important because it will cap off what will be a great few months for her. Predicted Winner: Rhea Ripley.

WWE Championship Match
Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
I think this match will close out one of the nights at WrestleMania. It's Drew McIntyre's time to finally win the WWE Championship.Predicted Winner: Drew McIntyre.

That is it for the predictions. It's sure to be a wierd and surreal WrestleMania over the two nights. I'll be back for the review-ish. Until then, thanks for reading.

RAW NXT & SmackDown | Recap

Hi and welcome back to the blog, it's a little different this week because instead of releasing three separate blogs, I thought it would be best to merge all three. Let's begin by recapping RAW. Here we go!

The Undertaker started off the show by cutting a promo about AJ Styles ahead of their match at WrestleMania.

The RAW Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch, stood at the top of the stage and looked back to her win in the main event of WrestleMania last year against Ronda Rousey & Charlotte Flair. They showed the whole of that match. After the match, Lynch cut a promo about Shayna Baszler. Baszler took Lynch out with the Clutch, hit her head against the announce table and looked at the champion to end the segment.

Aleister Black defeated Jason Cade in a quick match.

The second match of this show saw Kevin Owens & The Street Profits take on Seth Rollins, Angel Garza & Andrade. However, Zelina Vega announced that Andrade was injured and Austin Theory from NXT was named as the replacement. The winner of this match were Kevin Owens & Street Profits. Rollins stomped Owens after this match.

After the commercial, Kevin Owens cut a promo on Seth Rollins before they face each other on Saturday at WrestleMania. Speaking of promos, Edge responded to what Randy Orton said last week. I liked this because there weren't any crowd cutaways and "What" chants etc. That's the positive to having no crowd in attendance.

Asuka defeated Kayden Carter from NXT.

They showed footage of Rhea Ripley being attacked by Charlotte outside of the PC I think it was. Also the match between Brock Lesnar & Rey Mysterio for the WWE Championship from last years Survivor Series.

In the final segment, Brock Lesnar was joined by Paul Heyman. Heyman ran through a list of names Lesnar has faced and defeated over the years before talking about Drew McIntyre, he called the Scot Brocks b*tch as RAW went off the air.

Let's move on to NXT.

NXT was taped at Full Sail. We started off with a match. Velveteen Dream vs. Bobby Fish from The Undisputed Era. The winner of this match was Velveteen Dream. It looks like only a matter of time till Dream faces Adam Cole for the NXT Championship.

Dexter Lumis defeated Jake Atlas.  Lumis's theme music was played after the match and it sounded similar to the Stranger Things theme. Listen to it and see for yourself.

After commercial, they showed a vignette for Killer Kross. They recapped the fight between Gargano and Ciampa that took place at the PC three weeks ago. They will face each other next week.

The winner of the second chance gauntlet match for the number one contenders ladder match for the NXT Women's Championship was Dakota Kai. I believe the ladder match will be next week.

Kushida defeated Jaoquin Wilde.

In the main event. Keith Lee successfully defended his NXT North American Championship in a triple threat match against Dominik Dijakovik & Damian Priest.

And finally! The Ro....I mean SmackDown was back again at the PC. The Usos started off the show by hijacking Miz TV. They were followed by New Day and Miz and Morrison. All three teams got into a brawl shortly after. The triple threat match for the SmackDown tag titles is still advertised to take place at WrestleMania but the card is subject to change.

Up next was a triple threat match. Naomi vs. Lacey Evans vs. Tamina.
Bayley and Sasha Banks were on commentary for this one.The winner of the match was Tamina. After the match, Tamina superkicked Bayley and gave Sasha the Samoan Drop.

The showed Ric Flair's last match from WrestleMania 24 against Shawn Michaels. After this they recapped what happened between Elias and Corbin last week on SmackDown. This match is still advertised to go ahead this weekend.

It was also announced/advertised that Goldberg will now defend his Universal Championship vs. Braun Strowman at 'Mania.

Tucker defeated Dolph Ziggler by DQ, after Ziggler gave Tucker the Zig Zag on the steel steps. A cryptic message saying "The truth will be heard" was shown and a masked man (I'm guessing Ali) played some footage where It was revealed that Sonya Deville sent Otis the text messages all those weeks ago prior to his date with Mandy Rose.

Daniel Bryan defeated Shinsuke Nakamura by DQ after Cesaro interrupted the match. Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro took out Drew Gulak and Daniel Bryan. Message sent from Zayn to Bryan ahead of their Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania.

In the main event segment of this show. John Cena accepted Bray Wyatt's challenge to a Firefly Fun House match. The puppets from the Funhouse appeared in the stands, followed by an appearance from "The Fiend" and then Bray snuck up behind Cena and said "Let me in" before SmackDown went off the air. That is it for the recaps. Hope you enjoyed. Thanks for reading.
